BAU for ECT

IMO, TH for signing RCA and releasing RCA details is more sensible than a TH for Board approval which is kind of
in principle approval.

Also adding to my opinion that these TH could be brought in place to create some interest in the market but in vain.
However, who in this world will buy in when there is delay after delay with loads of unknowns due to required confidentiality, not knowing what exactly is required, when it is required etc.,

IMO, it will be BAU for ECT whether it enters into suspension or comes out of TH.

Also, the unknown from NLC is whether they will approve the RCA because the RCA document was live when NLC gave in principle approval.
However, it is only recently the RCA was frozen with no material change expected.

Also, from announcement dt., 28th Feb 2019, below is the third bullet point on page 1

- India project partner NLC India Limited (NLCIL) anticipated to confirm prior in-principle agreement to sign the RCA subject to NMDC Board approval and completion of ministerial requirements

NLC only anticipates to confirm the prior in-principle agreement to sign the RCA subject to
A) NMDC Board approval ---> which may or may not be positive!!!!
B) completion of ministerial requirements ----> Good luck!!!

IMO, even if RCA is signed by 31st March 20XX, until the details of RCA is announced what has the average investor/traders have to gauge the company’s financial potential.

Probably for LT'ers it could be time to average down by making use of the trading situation/maneuvering.
