A sizeable percentage of the drift down in price will be the underlying commodity price implosion of the last 6 months....the balance is a split between poor marketing, failing to stick to delivery deadlines and nervous investors....if I wasn't holding such a large parcel that prevents me from exiting I would be parking the capital into something that is much better run and has the liquidity to exit when required.
My only hope is commodities start to tick up and we see some deliveries of studies and we get taken out.
