It's got to be time for AOE,Shell and BG to sit around a table and do a deal on this and other matters relating to exporting LNG from Qld imho.
If they continue competing (for 50.1%), AOE has to worry about overpaying for up to 40%, maybe only 20%. Whereas BG would have to up the offer on the 20% they collected today in addition.
