The main consideration I see for Australia is the difference in size. I would love for our politicians to talk a more firm stance, but we are so reliant on China and other Asian nations for economic viability, it would be a bad day if we pissed them off.

At this stage, we’ve sold off ports, real-estate and some of the best farmland in the world to foreign investors. I genuinely fear for this country should China decide it wants to expand and annex AU. They own half of it and outnumber us by about 1billion to 25million.

Not sure what can be done about it now, and acknowledge this is an off-topic rant, but there ya have it. Moderate at will. ;-)

Agree that Trump has taken very ballsy attitude on trade and IP theft. Long overdue.

I don't like the guy on a lot of levels, but at least he has given China a serious shakeup on IP and trade.

Same with my attitude to ADO. It's complex. Don't like what the company has done on a lot of levels. Watching and waiting with interest.
