Quite sad actually, as this was one company I really wanted to hold onto until production and more. Show me another PIR listed on the ASX? Very hard to find one currently, and probably won't come around again for a long time.

Looks like the board will recommend whatever bid is put up after negotiations, and we hope for a bid above $2, but I wouldn't hold my breath. Just cross your fingers for a bidding war to extract as much value out of PIR as possible.
