Everyone is putting in the Africa factor for their funding calculations which raises the costs. O.k. If the Graphite isn't going sourced from Africa in the quantities needed then it's just not going to be got. The more practical way of looking at it the Graphite in these quantities is going to be sourced from Africa, which is the most stable Government with a more open for business we are not going to live off World bank and charity attitude.
Mozambique is open for business and the stability of Government and their continuity in mining policies (for the most part) is something other countries around the world could maybe be impressed and learn by.
How many prime ministers have we had in the last ten years in Oz with how many different ideas or policy on mining and mining taxes?
