Significant upside for reasons described above. People are starting to notice the potential. Good progress on the ground with all the work done to date is a start. It means that once finance is resolved they can quickly get on with procurement of long lead items for the process plant.

I guess some final design work to complete but they will be able to start further works on the site of the plant ahead of equipment delivery. Ground has already been prepared though.
