To be fair they haven't been selling their stock either. They also already have holdings from recent placements.

This list is from market index. By my calculations DF holds 35.56M shares, they cost him $3.3M and hasn't sold any in that time. His holding is now worth $996k. That to me is a vote of confidence. It's not clear what options he holds from the placements.
