At 7.5% interest i think it is a good move. It also keeps cooper having a bested interest above its holdings. Plus always good to keep money with us during the drill phase for any unplanned items.
Bass is a great little earner but a slow burner. I feel with the directors having alot of skin in the game they dont want to dilute the stock any further than they need to.
