They've been building for about 10 years. As has been said before, these are real projects.

If you don't believe their photos, you can look at Google Earth and see that the Pagbilao LNG tank and jetty has been substantially complete since 2016. The Road show in Feb was their first in about 10 years. They have the support of the Phillipines government (but obviously not from Transco and NGCP).

I don't believe there are any roadblocks remaining to stop the start-up and operation of the first stage of the Pagbilao power station and LNG Hub.
