11.12.2014 ERM Power announces expansion into US Energy market.
Acquisition of SPG Energy Group, a Texas based electricity retailer, for US $7.8m.
Maybe this is just a cheap entry into US market and Mel is doing the same with ELK.
Still can not understand why ERM and their shareholders are silent considering they own 58m Mel shares.
