Hi CSGguy, very impressive post - more so than usual. When I was getting sued over on the EGO thread for deformation, we only really caught a break when Michael West got involved and wrote about it in the SMH and asked WTF.
Spoke to him about the Government handling of MEL and he was on the side of people power as he put it (but he did say there might be a case against the Gov's handling way back then). He's not a fan of the ASX or ASIC or crap managers, and MEL is certainly a news worthy topic - so I might suggest dropping him a line as this is the sort of thing he enjoys writing about - regards Bon Swar
