To my knowledge, that scope relates to an upstream drilling program with the intention of expanding the offshore resource. The key focus for Chevron onshore at the moment is the de-bottlenecking of the production units to squeeze more productivity out of their existing infrastructure. Capital light and is probably being executed with the existing maintenance contractors.
