Again Mocha, I think you are on the right track. Also, I think there is more than a "hunch' in many of the points outlined by Choco. 

People keep getting caught up in the election. They called the TH before the actual election & I have no doubt that all is approved prior, regardless of the election outcome. They wouldn't call a TH for this. I still stand by that they called a Suspension because of questions from the ASX on the announcement & ran out of time window under the TH so they had to suspend. Let's hope it is resolved by tomorrow. Then we can look at a resource upgrade.
