The only bubble I can see happening is the building & selling of a lot of empty expensive Concrete & Glass boxes stacked high into the stratosphere which are full of air and no people in them. So who really cares or worries they might remain empty for years and never be resold at the same price again, but in meantime keeping people like Boral & builders happily employed selling the sum of the parts as long as the developers pay their bills on time....maybe its really a builders bubble we really seeing.....bubble busters not wanted by the builders & unions I'm sure of that. Better a bubble than a bust with people digging useless holes to refill them while on the dole don't you think.
