Australia and the world as a whole have dug themselves a hole it cannot get out of. That includes the Aus iron ore hole/pit whatever you want to call it. Good old days are a long, long way off.

If you are OK with endless ad hoc intervention there are more than enough other tools to deal with a so called "bubble."
We can go for years and years with zero appreciation in housing stock - but when investor interest suddenly awakens and prices jump ahead - it must be "a bubble"? Wake up Australia FGS!!
