Underperforming management, company expenses too high and a failed marketing plan.

The company has a new CEO in place Ted Pretty with a track record that is reasonable albeit his time at Hills did not go fantastically --- while there is precious little information forthcoming from the Company at this stage given the nature of the product they are seeking to sell to large companies and government that is probably understandable. Last time I looked they had sufficient cash for the time being.

The Company just needs a decent sale ---- this will give the new CEO some runs on the Board and restore some faith that the Company is now heading in the right direction.
