certainly is cheap,
i got some at spp level, ok with that.
the issue here is patience, and many longs just arent prepared to chase this any more, rather, a just sit back and wait.
things will change when real catylsts are announced, until then, its really an accumulation phase for those new, who want larger positions.
i cant see any urgency, but at the same time, hold a core position either way.
