I just bought 77G shares at 66, so reading your three scenarios (a good way to do it), gives me some solace.

Especially when that valuation is based on 50c in the dollar for cash ... that seems pretty low.

It also places the company in the enviable position of being able to pick and choose it's investments.

Also, as others have posted, with this offer on the table, Exco may well be in a prime position for an unrelated offer.
