    We would need directors to recommend to reject the take over, and present the EGM at the same time as a rational why.

    the resolution provided them with an option to get their shares to 10c, and 5-6c divs? or accept the takeover 4-5c.

    If its presented at the same time, surely they would tick what better for them.
