    IMHO. The seller is keeping the price down so that in the case of NDO not finding oil there will be a sell off and he will pick ip the company at 2 or so cents. He then has a 40M PA cashcow. If we strike he wins from his present position
    Does anyone know the rules regarding takeover bids. Can he force holders to sell?
