    Oz,

You have to appreciate how hard it is trying to work out the timeline from the very limited info we are fed.

You'l notice that the ann for the 9-5/8" CP was at 1700 hrs on Tuesday. I have estimated that they may have reached that point at say 1600 hrs (all times I quote are ASX times), and then passed the info to HO for the ann.
They would then have had to trip out of the hole from 6,568ft at approx 1,000ft/hr. The rest of the time is taken up like I said with circulating the wellbore (cleaning out debris), tool up to run casing, ditto cement job, wait, trip back in to resume drilling.
At this depth they could be running up to 160 jts of 40' 9-5/8" casing (more if using shorter jts)...I made an allowance of 20jts/hr.

So imo they should be ready to trip back in around 2000 hrs tonight, and I've allowed a drilling ahead rate of 12.5m/hr (300m/24hrs).

Like I said, I allowed no time for breakdown/holdup, but anything could happen...eg, once into the "zone" they could experience lost circulation somewhere and can't proceed till rectified...hopefully nothing worse!

Then again, they could go a bit quicker than what I've allowed, but imo we definitely won't hear anything till next week....be lovely to see large buy orders lined up on Monday with bidding up to 10c or more in the queue...trading halt would be even better!!

Hope you can make a bit more sense of it now. It is impossible to be accurate from where I'm trying to do the figures from without a lot more info, but I do my best to give us a ballpark (large?) timeframe of what we might expect.

Timing of next weeks update/s will all depend on how keen they are to tell us anything...imo.

Best of British to us all!!
