You guy's haven't been around long enough. In the initial cap raising he took up 400mil shares, some came from the spp which wasn't fully subscribed by shareholders. He held those in his companies name. Citi nominees became a major shareholder in the last annual report, with 400mil shares. His company not mentioned and there was no mention of him selling out or notice of change of substantial holder interest. Obvious. Why move them to a nominee account? Because they are much easier to buy and sell through. That's the short story.
