It appears to me the whole system is corrupt, just look at the Victoria Police Chief Commissioner.
I can't believe that Overland is not being done for corruption, after all he should know what the crime figures are daily, that's his job isn't it.
To deliberately fudge the crime figures by a man of such high office just before an election stinks to high heaven and should be dealt with as if it were a treason against the good people of Victoria.
If this guy gets away with this I doubt we are ever likely to get to a point where it is ever a level playing field.
