Thanks for that weewill. Can't say I find it very reassuring. I understand all the co. positives that are regularly posted on this forum but the inescapable fact is that the SP has been plummeting continuously over the 9 months or so that we have been hearing that meaningful discussions with numerous interested parties are progressing well etc etc. It seems clear that we now can only wait for the quarterly and hope.I recognize that a lot of the recent apparent low sales may represent churn (possibly orchestrated ) but you can't ignore the reality of the current price. To say it is sector wide is not an adequate explanation. It is a rationalisation. The quarterly will need to give more than general blandishments. Experience shows that even positive announcements from this company are treated with caution by the market except very briefly after the sale to Posco. For some time now a number of the major holders apparently have been content to sit pat (it is hard to know exactly what their thinking is ) but if we get a disappointing quarterly and sentiment on the part of large holders turns negative and they decide to sell, I have a real fear the SP could go into free fall.I hope that 1:The quarterly will contain positive news of real substance and 2:If not, my assessment is wrong.
But I can only call it as I see it. I am a holder and I am prepared to stay the course.I believe this is a sound company which can do well but it is in a challenging field and I wish the board, management and shareholders well.I want to see more from them however. In todays world communication is the key and what is not communicated is NOT THE FACT.it may not be everyone's choice of an ideal world but that's how it is.For the avoidance of doubt, I do not subscribe to any of the suggestions which sometimes appear on this site that the directors or senior management are malevolent towards long term shareholders or engaged in any form of conspiracy to prefer their own interests to those of shareholders.
