The net% in short depends on the number of shorts it takes to get the SP to the desired price level. It represents the effort it takes to decrease the SP, i.e. the strength of SP.
This chart highlights that the SPs of four lithium producers are at a similar price level 30-50% off their heights) but with different net% of shorts.
