    Answer this:
    1.) How many other SDV like, world-class brine projects are currently in negotiations with off-take/JV partners?
    2.) How many of those have the required brine know-how, IP and personnel to develop a new brine project?
    3.) Has our high profile portfolio of hard rock and brine expertise been accounted for in any of the evaluations?
    4.) Are we beggars or dealers in the SDV negotiations?
    5.) What have we learnt from any of GXY's history of corporate deals?
