It depends on the narrative around the numbers. If they say they haven't been shipping because they can't get a good price or both parties have not been able to agree on a price or because it's not a seller's market, this won't go down well. It doesn't matter how much you dig out of the ground if you're selling it for a dud price. People are looking at last year's numbers when lithium was selling at a record price. This year's numbers will be down by quite a lot.
