"How about a buy back to trigger it. if GXY really is just so damn cheap then why not invest 30m into itself? Absolute worst case scenario would be that we boost the SP and get out of this trainwreck with the shorters and then in a year or 2 we need to do a CR.... But by then we had boosted our SP and let it rise on good news like it should be doing naturally instead of this manipulation."
Hmmm, so 'tw', let's see if I got this right, your recommendation is that the company should now pis $30m, of their hard earned, ..straight down the toilet.. on buying themselves (and you) a ..very..very..short..term.. SP 'blip' .....?? Am I reading you right..??
Do you honestly, believe, that 'wasting' $30m on such a short term and futile exercise will "boost the SP" ..and keep it boosted up there for another 2 years...??
I don't know how long you've been playing in the stock market 'tw' but I'll give you the benefit of some of my own expensively hard earned experience, which is telling me that the GXY SP ..will.. turn around ..when.. the Wall St shorters ..want it to turn around.. and until that day arrives, all of the SP boosting 'tricks' used to momentarily raise the SP will do just that, ...momentarily... raise it, before 'the professional manipulators' from Wall St will then ..again.. teach all of the "fools who like to be easily separated from their money" yet another salient lesson about just how ridiculously easy it is for them to do that.
Obviously any good announcements coming from the company, especially those coming unexpectedly out of left-field, will provide ..short term.. boosts to the GXY SP and provide opportunities for those who don't have the ..patience.. to sell out of their shares, but, until the ..globally orchestrated shorting attack upon the entire Lithium sector.. changes direction, any 'manipulative money-splashing efforts' at short term SP boosting are IMHO just a complete and utter waste of the company's precious and debt-free capital reserves.
..Patience.. is ..the only thing.. that you need to succeed with owning GXY's shares, and if that ..patience.. is really, too much to ask, then just what you now actually need to do about it, is entirely, your own call.
All of the above is just IMHO of course, and is not intended as 'investment advice' to others.
