I am wondering if our directors are allowed to hedge their shares.
I am sorry, but I am more and more convinced that there is a willingness by our BOD to maintain the lit on the SP, at least in the short term.
Everything I have seen these last few months point to it.
I am not accusing. It might be part of tactic that fits somewhere in the great scheme of things. Or it might be that personal interests have taken over shareholders interest. Or something else. I don't know and, again, I am not accusing.
I am trying to make sense of WTF is happening and why most communication steps taken by management seem to be targeted at preventing the SP to fly off.
Let's try something. Even if you think this scenario is totally absurd. Why do you think it would be in the interest of management to maintain a lid on the SP? Why would they want to do this?
