How did you reach that conclusion there is simply no way of proving it, I've been in Companies that have updated their way to administration and the closer they got the more they updated..
Updates are fine and may make one feel better ( depending largely on the content) but a Company eventually thrives or fails on results not updates, and that often takes years to establish.
Personally I doubt Management will change their communication , most producers work from quarter to quarter with, presentations , material and exchange required updates in between ..the last quarterly gave a good summary regarding progress with SVD and its really just a waiting game IMO while interest on the deposit grows.
