At the least ..........all of the Posco money is directed towards progressing SDV. That was stated by the M.D. (A.Tse) and he was  also stating that potential J/V Partners were waiting to make sure GXY had those Funds as well, before Committing to a JV imo

No use a JV Partner coming in if GXY struggles with no Funds coming from Posco. Thats done now.

A.T. or the CFO also indicated that they were after a JV Partner to supply funds to match the Posco money which would take SDV to production at this point in time.  

Unless A.T. is auditioning for the next Riddler role in a Batman movie then I take him at his word. lol
