I just got off phone call with OOK. I asked whether acquisition of Paid by Coin will affect OOK's operation and he said no as they are just using the service it provides and is currently working on some testing. And we had brief chat about where the company is heading although he couldn't reveal much details due to reporting obligations and all. I wouldn't say I'm completely comfortable with where SP is at after the call but at least got some peace of mind in relation to Paid By Coin.
