not sure if CLH is in this type of debt recovering business-- it is not someone else' customer databases from whom they need to contact and chase unpaid bills-- they are some companies who might have burnt all the money borrowed from the banks over the years and have thoroughly nothing worthy of anything on their books-- what CLH could collect from them??
