WC I absolutely agree, which is why I've put my money on the line with OIP and ESG.
However, should be remembered the 'rule of thumb' strike rate for conventional plays is 1 in 10 (not saying that this necessarily applies in this case but just a number that is often thrown around). So it's not without it's obvious risks, but the downside protection (and hence the reason I'm in) is the CSG value of the tenements and their location to STO/ESG leases AND the fact it's geographically closer to the country's biggest market.
For me I'd like to see OIP pursue other opportunities in the short term too (which they have stated they are open to looking at both in Aus and abroad) to give the company its own identity outside of the ESG/STO link that most (including me) tend to focus on.
