We should not doubt that this is a significant achievement that has been holding OBL back. We have had dilution which could not really have been avoided, however we also are now comfortable in confirming one of the key milestones which provides the platform for the next phase.
Although sometimes difficult we still need a little patience here but IMO you will start to see a lot more momentum on company now that there is a little more in our control.
