Clearly by someone who has speculated in small oilers for a long time and understands the quirks of the game. The article has all the right bases covered.
Yesterdays strong price action a very good pointer I think. Only someone very motivated and with a good eye on value will step in and push up a small stock strongly like yesterday. Or a force of punters can see a good thing, and the weight of buying interest suddenly lets a spring go.
Either way we are in for some interesting months ahead with RMP.
Even a market cap of $50M prior to spud provides plenty of leverage.
