I am not a downramper rather more of a realist and try to consider projects from a neutral perspective. I like this stock and think in time it will work out to be very profitable between now and Q1 2019 and hopefully beyond with lots of ups and downs along the way. The problem with many of the O&G businesses is people only want to read the positives and this can sometimes taint our view. A COS of 25-30% also represents a COF of 70-75%.
A perfect example of how the brain (and people) only want to see what they want or believe is this;
Bat and Ball problem. A bat and a ball cost £1.10 between them. The bat costs £1 more than the ball. How much does the ball cost?
The first impression or answer is not always necessarily the correct one.
Good Luck All
