I have to ask. Has anyone done any fundamental analysis of MNZ and the proposed acquisition? What is the value of the proposed acquisition? What is the impact of any share issue that may arise from the transaction?

In all honesty, I do not understand how the market can assign 3.5 cents to something that currently is valued at 0.6 cents with no information on the proposed transaction released to teh market.

Good luck to holders, but I think that people are playing with fire on this one trading with no information other than a company that directors have said is intrinsically valued at 0.6 cents.
