Existing holders will be diluted come any deal to acquire Dealsdirect imo , have never shopped at dealsdirect and dont know anyone who has mentioned they have or even know it exists.
8m for a shell , plenty of cheaper shells out there for Dealsdirect , if they do choose MNZ they wont be giving MNZ 8m in equity imo. $2m maybe despite what the share price is showing. Trading halt could come at anytime and a dilution giving MNZ shareholders 2m in equity in a 50m?? dollar company imo.
