Victorians battling energy cut offs

MORE than 1000 Victorians a week are having electricity or gas disconnected as households struggle to pay soaring bills.

And this is bright shiny summer weather. Watch the chaos and misery when the frigid Antarctic winds come calling. Placing millions of people in energy hungry cities and then cutting off energy supplies  is consummate idiocy (or perhaps a brilliantly evil plot) but whichever it is the result will be tragic for many. I've said this before, " Never underestimate the power of idiots in large groups."
