If I understand you correctly, BAM are conflicted and should be out of the AETD process all together.....correct?
This comes back to my governance and process concerns which have not been addressed, presumably for the reasons you have identified.
In VA presume the $100mill to BBI (at 4c/share) would potentially be available to EPS....correct?
