i do have a SELL on it because i want it to fall to $2 one last time so i can buy in, but all my questions have been genuine, i do think its currently slightly over valued considering its trading about 40% ABOVE its NTA for no reason i see to be honest, you have lots of REITs that have very good assets trading near NTA.
