You need to get your head around the fact it is land, productive land, that RFF is investing in. Not the agricultural production itself.
A croc farm could be on very small acres almost anywhere.
I don't see too many croc farms for sale or in demand.
RFF is aiming for capital gains and rental income. IMO.
