On the positive I finally got a phone call back from rff and I asked about potential acquisitions , they said rff are always looking for aquisitions even in sectors not already in their portfolio like piggeries, sheep stations, avocado farms, apple orchards, citrus etc.. she said as % rates go up and farmers have to sell the farm ,rff could be the suitor for distressed farms etc.. but only if rff can see value in the asset and the price is right
