I don’t think climate change (it’s always changing) will have a detrimental efffect on farmland other than the possible switching of product that said land will ultimately produce.
Diversification is a large part of RFF strategy and long term investment is the way of property investing.
Droughts floods fire are all things that happen on a regular basis compared to the long term value curve of farmland property IMO.
The tenant has to deal with all those and most likely insurable anyways.
