I don't fancy your chances, temporary weather events have no impact on land prices which what impacts RFF as a landlord. The things you've identified effect the tenants.
I agree climate change if it permanently diminished the yield of the land would impact RFF but they have been proactive in mitigating that risk.
Interest rates on REITs such as RFF has a bigger impact due to the high borrowings. Good luck with the miners, don't touch them myself.
