I held RFF a few months back but then sold getting worried about the drought, which i see as one of the most significant risks along with climate change. Agree though, great REIT in an area with very limited supply (productive farmland) and a guaranteed perpetual demand (food production). Holding some much more speculative battery metals mining stock atm, but once they have lifted off their current lows and ideally, sorry, a large bad macro event for RFF like eg a flood, a bio scare, disease or agri trade war, dragging the SP down for a short term blip, looking for a re-entry near the $2 mark.
