Well, Im all for getting the max out of my $$ and don't blame anyone else for the same doing differently.
I actually increased holdings at $2.18 just before the last Ex date and blow me down, hasn't revisited that SP since.
Certainly could go lower but same can be said to go higher. This one is a quite "safe" haven for me for now, which is a time of widespread drought and gyrations in the property sector. It's not reflecting those gyrations though, IMO.
