    Good analysis and whilst I agree that people want to eat meat if CC is real and RFF did a big report on it, then you need to come to terms that the meat/dairy industry is a big polluter. (https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2017/nov/07/big-meat-big-dairy-carbon-emmissions-exxon-mobil).


    I don't think there is nastys from my own research it's just plant based protein and heme. Further from Wikipedia

    "The company said that its scientists created a chemical library of proteins and fats derived from plants, and experimented with them as additional ingredients to mimic the texture of meat.[23] To replicate the fat in hamburgers made from cows, Impossible Foods used flecks of coconut fat, which were mixed with ground textured wheat and potato protein. The potato protein provides a firm exterior when the "meat" is seared.[24] The coconut oil stayed solid until heated, when it melted in a similar manner to beef fat.[25]"


    The reviews I have seen of it have been pretty good.
